Griffin offers fully branded 1st line support for partners who do not have their own broadband technical help desk. We offer a direct phone number and email address, which is branded to fit your company requirements and links directly to our support team. Your customers would assume they are calling your very own help desk.
We support all ADSL related faults. We register case notes in the Managed Online Provisioning System (MOPS), therefore you can view customer faults yourself.
