Branded First Line Support
Griffin offers fully branded first line support for Partners who do not have their own technical support desk. We offer a dedicated direct phone number and email address into our help desk which is branded to suit your company requirements. Your customer would assume that they are speaking to your very own help desk.
We support all internet facing xDSL related faults and other products by prior agreement.
First line support from Griffin includes:
- Migration support, new customer set-up support
- Full support of all services up the LAN port on a Griffin provided router
- Full support up to the BT NTE on a Partner provided router
- Best efforts support on Partner provided routers
- Telephone and email support from 0800hrs to 2000hrs weekdays
- Telephone and email support from 0900hrs to 1700hrs weekends and bank holidays
- Target call answer time of 80% within 20 seconds
- Target email response time of 80% within 24 hours
Griffin currently supports over 40 customer bases with branded first line support, helping companies large and small with their DSL connectivity.
Please note that there are no options to select individual lines for first line support and that Griffin supports business customers only.
