Partners get the benefit of receiving lower costs with more control within a fully managed service where RADIUS, IP allocation, email, web space, LNS, DNS, IP transit and BGP are all handled by Griffin and are completely transparent to the Partners.

The option of pre-configured hardware comes as standard as does specialist sales, marketing and technical support.

VSP has the Griffin Managed Online Provisioning System (MOPS) at its heart taking care of every aspect of broadband provisioning and management through its series of integrated systems and web-based interfaces, minimising the administrative overhead dedicated to broadband. Partners are able to set up product packages custom-built with additional value-added services such as email, web space and pre-configured hardware. IP addressing and RADIUS are fully automated and those parties that need to be are kept up to date with regular progress reports via automatic emails, which can be customised to include text and logos.

MOPS comes with a complete set of diagnostic, fault reporting and fault management tools negating the need for the Partner to manage faults through a contact centre and connecting the Partner directly with the back-end systems of the underlying Network Operator.
