The agreement gives Inclarity greater control over
quality of service for customers using its SIP trunks and hosted voice
service, as calls will not touch the public internet.
Inclarity is the only telecoms operator in the UK
operating on technologies that currently support over 6 million
dedicated VoIP lines. They are an industry leader and are recognised as
one of the fastest growing communication companies in the UK and EMEA
today.
"We chose Griffin, the inventors of managed
broadband and the leading broadband aggregator in the channel, as they
have a great reputation for quality. Griffin Partners are now directly
connected to Inclarity's suite of industry-leading hosted telephony
services," said Adrian Hughes, CEO, Inclarity.
Andrew Dickinson, Sales and Marketing Director of
Griffin commented, "We have invested heavily in our network and are
proud of its low latency and uncongested nature. By peering directly
with Inclarity, Griffin's 500+ white label Partners have direct access
to Inclarity's services and can use Griffin's unique Engineered
Broadband Single Priority QoS product to prioritise their voice
applications."
