Aggregation

Griffin connects to all of the leading broadband carriers and has developed links to backend systems allowing the ordering, diagnosis and reporting of faults from multiple carriers in one system. We offer white label, business-grade, high throughput DSL products with QoS options and back up services.

Managed Online Provisioning System

Partners can create tailored packages with email and pre-configured hardware and can choose from fixed monthly, capacity based and PAYG pricing options. Each stage of the order process is managed automatically keeping end users and Partners up to date on every stage of their order via branded emails. Current orders can be filtered by order type and status and billing information analysed and exported. Faults can be tested and reported online and engineers’ appointments booked directly.

Training and support

Included in the cost of becoming a Griffin Partner is unlimited access to an extensive training programme delivered face to face and via regular webinars. Branded first line support services are also available. Each Partner is assigned a dedicated account manager who will engage marketing, pre-sales and bid support to help meet individual requirements for growth. Partners are encouraged to take part in new product trials and to feedback to us regularly.
