Warranty

ZyXEL offer a two year warranty on all our ZyXEL products. Within this period ZyXEL will collect and replace any faulty ZyXEL router within two working days. ZyXEL offer dedicated technical support by phone between the hours of 0900hrs and 1700hrs, Monday to Friday.

Zoom offer a two year return to base warranty on all products. Zoom offer dedicated support through email.

Billion offer a two year return to base warranty on all products. Billion offer telephone support between the hours of 1000hrs and 1700hrs, Monday to Friday.
