FTTC

Up to 80Mb/s Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) is available via our online quoting and provisioning portal MATRIX. It is the next generation service that uses fibre cabling to the street cabinet, which significantly reduces the copper distance resulting in higher speeds. Please note that speeds vary considerably depending on the line, technology available and distance from the exchange.

FTTC 80

Up to 80Mb/s downstream
Up to 20Mb/s upstream
Static IP addresses available

FTTC 40

Up to 40Mb/s downstream
Up to 10Mb/s upstream or up to 2Mb/s upstream
Static IP addresses available

Ordering

FTTC provisions require an engineer visit to the local street cabinet and end user site. A selection of dates will be available in MATRIX as part of the ordering process with final installation date dependent on engineer availabiliy.
