Griffin provides up to 8Mb/s IPstream ADSL, up to 16Mb/s LLU ADSL, up to 2Mb/s SDSL,
up to 2Mb/s private circuits/leased lines and up to 1000Mb/s Ethernet circuits.
Reporting
You can report on data transfer, xDSL lines added, deleted or re-graded, lines billed
and connected lines. Notifications can be generated automatically by the system
to alert you and your end users to the progress of orders and usage. Ethernet or
private circuit monitoring is available on request.
Faults
Our provisioning platform interfaces directly with BT Wholesale, allowing you to
run ADSL line tests and report line faults in real-time. SDSL, LLU, Ethernet and
private circuit faults are managed via our support team.
